Lunch

Rio Terrace provides a supervised lunch time program for those students in Grades 1-6 who do not go home for lunch. Parents of these students must register for the program and pay a yearly lunch program fee, in monthly installments. Paid Lunchroom Supervisors provide inside and outside supervision during the lunch time. Information about the lunch program and an application form are sent home in early September.

If your child stays at school for lunch, there is a cost associated with supervision during this break.  

In 2023-24 the lunch supervision fee is $19.20 per month or $192 per year.
